Questions
I made a mistake in a round.
Swipe or long-press the round to undo it or edit it. You can fix any round later, not just the last one.
How are scores calculated?
Open Rules from the … menu. Either losers pay and the winners split the pot, or scores are kept exactly as you type them. Rules are saved with each game, so different games can use different rules.
How do I time a game?
Set Rules → Time. Then open New Round and use the stopwatch, or type times directly, like 1:12.4. Mark DNF for anyone who did not finish.
How do I end a game?
In Rules, set the game to end after a number of rounds, or at a target score. When it ends, Keep Playing lets you continue past it.
How do I start a new game?
Choose … → New Game. The finished game moves to History, where it is kept.
How do tournaments work?
Open … → Tournaments (it’s in the sidebar on iPad) and tap New Tournament. Tap a match to enter the winner, or choose Play as a game to score it as a full game.
How do I share results?
Choose … → Share Results, or use the share button on the Game Over screen or on a bracket.
I’m moving to a new iPhone.
Your games are stored on the device, and they move with an iCloud or Finder backup, or a device-to-device transfer. There is no account, so there is no sync between devices.
My scores from version 1.2 are missing.
Version 3.0 is a complete rewrite, and scores saved in 1.2 are not carried over. Sorry about that.
How do I change the language?
The app follows your iPhone’s language. To change it for this app only, go to Settings → Game Scoresheet → Language.
